ArchCare is the Continuing Care Community of the Archdiocese of New York whose mission is to foster and provide faith based holistic care to frail and vulnerable people unable to fully care for themselves. Through shared commitments, ArchCare seeks to improve the quality of life for individuals and families through programs that include Homecare, Short-term rehab, Nursing homes, End of life care, Specialized care and Health plans. Archcare Representatives visit Alcance Latino throughout the year to offer workshops and provide information on their services and programs.
